Client Responsibility

  • Providing Necessary Documents (To seek legal services, you need to provide correct documents on the subject matter to be served).

If the client does not fulfill this responsibility, we will not be able to provide them with proper legal services.

Fees and Payments

Legal services from us require us to pay certain fees. We have a variety of fee systems. For example:

  • Hourly Fee (Client can pay per hour if desired).
  • Fees for full service (in this case we will discuss with the client to fix the fee for full service).

Confidentiality

We promise to protect our client’s privacy. We disclose our client information only for legal requirements. The client will be notified in case of any breach of confidentiality.

Filing restrictions

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, which arise out of our legal services.

Termination of legal services

The Client or Firm may terminate the Legal Services at any time. In such event, the Client must notify us in writing of the termination of the Service. On-going litigation or fees will be discussed after completion.

Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it through mediation. If that is not possible, we will take the matter to court.

Correction

Our Legal Terms of Service may change from time to time. We will notify our clients of the changes, and our clients must agree to the new terms.
